Nippon Signal was founded in 1928 to develop domestic technologies for railway signal systems.
In the more the eight decades since, we have helped developing Japan’s transportation infrastructure, including the high speed Shinkansen service, and the high density timetables of urban train networks, into one of the safest and most comfortable networks in the world.
