Nippon Signal Group Information Security Basic Policy
The Nippon Signal Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) will address information security on a company-wide basis in line with the following policies in order to protect the Group’s information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters and crimes, benefiting from the trust of customers and society.
Responsibility of management
Our company will systematically and continuously strive to improve information security at the initiative of the management.
Development of internal structure
We will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and we will set up information security measures as official rules within the company.
Employee initiatives
Our employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security as they work to ensure that information security is maintained.
Compliance with laws and contractual requirements
We will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and respond to customers’ expectations.
Handling violations and accidents
In the event of legal violations, contract violations, or accidents related to information security, we will take appropriate measures and strive to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
